Key Account Manager – KAM (Moscow)
Functions:
  • Development and implementation of complex solutions for export and import services, including product purchase and delivery to end customers;
  • Organisation and optimisation of multimodal international shipments;
  • Development of shipment plans and control over their fulfilment;
  • Identification of cost-effective procedures, reliable pricing and business proposals arrangement;
  • Document preparation and processing in terms of shipment or customs clearance procedures;
  • Coordination of customs clearance;
  • Cooperation with carriers, contractors, agents and other subcontractors;
  • Settlement of claims with customers and subcontractors;
  • Information and consulting support for shipment and foreign trade formalities;
  • Cargo tracking and control of all stages of shipment, update of shipment status to clients;
  • Organisation of document flow and maintenance of e-reports, analysis and monitoring of shipment volumes;
  • Maintenance of existing client base and further development.
  • Requirements:
    • 1 year of experience in transport company providing international transportation services;
    • In-depth knowledge of specifics of work and communication with both domestic and international carriers;
    • Knowledge of legal (including international) norms and requirements regulating freight-forwarding and foreign trade business;
    • In-depth knowledge of transport, logistics and foreign trade processes;
    • Advanced use of computer programs - experienced use of Microsoft (Exсel, Word, Power Point) system programs;
    • Fluent English;
    • Ability to handle stress and accept responsibility, proactivity, self-assurance, initiative and self-motivation, strong position on life, analytical mindset and good quantitative skills.

Customs clearance specialist / Customs declaring agent (Moscow)

Functions:

  • Classification of goods in accordance with the Customs Commodity Codes;
  • Calculation of customs duties, taxes and other payments;
  • Verification of validity, integrity and completeness of transportation, commercial and consignment documents for further handling for customs clearance;
  • Timely and qualified preparation of customs declarations following the requirements of customs legislation;
  • Verification of compliance with non-tariff regulation measures;
  • Consulting with colleagues from other departments and clients on the Russian customs legislation;
  • Preparation of Goods Declaration, Declaration of Customs Value and Customs Value Adjustment in the Alta program;
  • E-declaration (ED-2);
  • Business correspondence with clients and colleagues from other departments;
  • Report on responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience on position alike;
  • Advanced user of the Alta complex (Alta GTD, Alta Articul) and Microsoft Office programs;
  • In-depth knowledge of INCOTERMS 2010;
  • Knowledge and successful application of the Russian and Customs Union customs legislation;
  • Qualification certificate of a customs clearance specialist would be an asset;
  • Personal skills: Ability to handle stress and accept responsibility, attention to detail, preciseness, hard working nature and commitment to results.
